1. Appointment Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment before technician dispatch by contacting us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Once a technician has been dispatched or has arrived at the service location, cancellation charges, inspection charges, or visiting charges may apply.

2. Inspection & Visiting Charges

In certain cases, an inspection or visiting charge may be applicable for diagnosing appliance issues.

Inspection and visiting charges are generally non-refundable after the technician has completed the inspection visit.

3. Repair Services

Repair charges are communicated to customers before repair work begins whenever reasonably possible. Customers may decide whether to proceed with the recommended repair.

Refunds are generally not available for completed repair, maintenance, installation, or cleaning services that were approved by the customer and successfully performed.

4. Replacement Parts & Components

If replacement parts are ordered specifically for a customer's appliance, refunds may not be available once the parts have been purchased, delivered, or installed.

5. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the specific circumstances of the service provided.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days. The actual time required for funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
